If you are are under the care of the Royal Sussex County Hospital (Brighton) or the Princess Royal Hospital (Haywards Heath) for an injury (excluding the wrist and hand or paediatric patients), please use the form below for the Virtual Fracture Clinic or call 01273 696955 extension 63428.
